  Looks like a paintbrush. Also, "SNOW COMPANY" is too close to "NEMA" and the spacing between the 2 words is a little much.

  Try making the icon either bigger or smaller than the relating text. Some may read it as "ONEMA". What I would do is make it smaller and place it at the top right, filling in some of the empty space the "A" creates, thus balancing the overall logo.
