i freelanced on site for a long time. got treated just like a fulltime staff minus benefit. now i am at an ad agency just started to freelance. i have requested after a month trial, i'd like to be a staff.
the problem with freelance is that you never go up within the company. i need to climb up the ladder. my freelance day is over.
oh, i have no problem waking up. without alarm, i am up at 7.30.
