i like it alot. i agree with kerning comment made already. i think u should explore fonts although i do like the one you are using.
i prefer the wee guy without the stroke. i also prefer the top logo as opposed to the bottom one, although i like the head of the penguin better in the bottom one.
its the shape of the benguin in the bottom one that makes him look a little fat? maybe a little humfy backed?
but on the whole i like it. nice one shistah!
