I like it (with a couple suggestions its pure gold):
1. Tighten up kerning a hair around the "A".
2. Round out the belly of the penguin a bit more....it will help the subtle representation of the "O" a bit better.
3. Don't do a white stroke all the way around the "wings" but do it so that its on top of the wings and slices in bigger at the edge of the letter and then it tapers off to nothing at the tips of the wings.
BTW...I like that you aren't following the trend of making everything lowercase.
ALSO....if you're not sure what I'm talking about with the stroke on the top of the wings then I can mock it up quick here and then send you the file to look at.....unfortunately I don't have access to an FTP here at work....stupid corporate firewall bullshit!
