I think I fixed her finally.
I memorized some of the more common phrases that I heard her spew, and started yelling them out like I had tourette's or something. At this point I think she realized how loud she was being and shut up for a while. Now she keeps it down...hopefully it lasts. Thanks for the suggestions.
