Er, your fly's are undone

Oh, so embarassing but here goes, a little tale for you:
Normally I wear jeans with button flys. Since I'm used to doing these up I never forget with these. However, I have one pair of jeans with a zip fly and for some reason (probably because I'm used to doing up the buttons) I quite often forget to do the zip up.
So on wednesday I went to see Brokeback Mountain with my girlfriend. I happen to be wearing a cowboy shirt and the jeans with the zip (not planned, since going to see the film was a last minute decision).
So halfway through the film I realise my flies are undone. I look around to see if anyone is looking at me but they're all gripped by the tale of forbidden man-love on screen, so I take the opportunity to do up my flies. Just as I finish my girlfriend looks over at me with a "why the hell are you playing around down there during this cowboy love story" kind of look.
I cracked up and couldn't stop laughing, probably spoiling an emotional moment of the plot for the entire cinema.
*Note to self. Don't wear a cowboy shirt and jeans you're likely to leave open when going to see a gay cowboy film with your girlfiend!
