I don't see creativity here... just a rip. To be honest i don't watch the MTV so much, so i never saw the Postal Service vid before today, but had seen the apple ad. After downloading the PS vid and seeing the first few seconds i was shocked at use of the exact same shot and the same pacing.
I'm a huge apple junkie and i've enjoyed the quality of their ads over the years, but this is unacceptable. particularly after the luguz issue, apple should have taken extra steps to ensure that they didn't receive that kind of negative press again.
