    still, after hearing everyone else's comments in here, use BSN No-Xplode. Makes a huge difference if you're training for strength and size. If you're only trying to lean up, then don't bother. But if you're looking to maximize your muscle cell volume and progress through serious strenght gains, then definitely use it. It's no joke. And it's not for ppl who just kinda train off and on. Take it, get your ass in the gym, move some weight, do cardio religiously, stick to a smart diet, and get plenty of rest.
