My uncle used an ovaltine based stuff when we was pumping up around the weigths. Now he's a rich man, trading automobile machinery all over Europe. Really heavy stuff that allows him to buy fancy cars to show up in Christmas.
I guess it worked. But he's still not the most pleasant guy around, as he wished.
