better sound... whatever.md uses an older compression method than mp3. if you know how to rip mp3 properly then it won't sound crappy.
In case you didn't know, the mp format is a COMPRESSION format, every time you compress you loos quality, this is the same on an image or video, you wont print an ad on a magazine as jpeg do you?
How about a spot for broadcasting on espn on quicktime format?
I don't think so.
I you tranfer your music digitally on an md there is no compression my friend. Plus the new ones can play mp3 if that is what you want.
