I honestly think it's such a bollocks question everyone who has an interview should make a stand and refuse to answer on the grounds its retarded.
What do they want you to say?
"I sometimes come in late without feeling like making an excuse"
"I take the occasional sick day when I'm not really ill"
"I don't actually work every minute of the day I'm supposed to"
Come off it.
Just go for the "I'm a perfectionist with a real passion for getting the job done at all costs" one.
