How direct are these companies competing? If they're not really threatening each others business then whats the hurt? Their site is obviously not as well put together as yours so its not like anyone would worry you did the faux site.
I wish I knew what it was like to be copied. I'm not nearly that good.

The big deal is that left unchecked this type of shit will happen more often.
