Seriously, Shari, I'm really sorry - truly, but please don't let this slide. It's not okay. Everybody who knows you will understand that you're not motivated by a big payout, but you still must have this documented, just in case things ever escalate. I would consult an attorney, but at the minimum, someone at the company (and with the authorities) needs to be aware.
And please realize, there are other jobs out there, and regardless, they can't use this against you. If anything, you have the leverage now.
Also realize you're quite talented, so there will be plenty of other opportunities for you.
Finally, I'm free for a week, so if you decide you need to get all harlem knights style and shoot off his pinky toe, I'm down for a journey. Let me know.
