Siding with MTA is less traveled so therefore you will go that route? That's perhaps one of the most asinine rationales I have ever heard. Anyone who plays devils advocate simply to appear provocative shouldn't be taken seriously.
But, in regards to your nonsensical stance, the MTA already wields entirely too much power. That, coupled with the draconian Taylor Laws, strips the union of nearly all their leverage so in reality, you siding with MTA really isn't the path less traveled. It's the mainstream point of view, one promoted by big-business, free-trade rhetoric, governments, the media, etc.
