All the aesthetic and technical points have been made, but suffice to say - I wouldn't deal with that company, they look far too amateur and fly-by-night to me, on the evidence of their promo quality.
I agree with Wilbur though, is this a client you've had in teh past? do you have something to compare it too? might work better for your crit purposes...
