The "boss" looks like he's got a Darth Vader silhouette behind him. That's obviously not the worst part of this "advertisement" though. Basically everything's already been said about it.
The real problem here is that the management thinks this is good. I used to work for a company who loved that kind of design – if you can even call that design. If I wanted to design something clean, clear, and with a concept, they'd modify and rape it beyond recognition and thus my work got pretty much thrown out the window. And then of course the upper management loved it because that's all they ever get to see is bad design. If the management told my superiors at my old job that "the design sucks" then they still would have blamed it on me even though they raped and pillaged it for all it was worth.

You know what I'm talking about, man? The REAL problem isn't the design or the designer, but the sucker in management who thinks it's good.
