once you go capstrap you will never go back man..it pushes your heel deep into the cup...and takes pressure off having a strap over your toes...I recommend it!
seed - yeah I surfed for as long as I've skated..about 17 years now...it definately helps...but learning edge to edge transfers is a shitter...
