For software/hardware I use..
1. Canon XL1s DV cam
2. AVID expressDV 3.5 (editing)
3. AfterFX (compositing)
4. Photoshop
5. Maya (animation)seems to work fine for me.. maybe someday I'll update my site to show what I've been doing with this stuff.
