I would *KILL* you if that was my office. I cannot stand the pervasive stench of Smoked Fish!
Anyway. Take it outside, soak in a bucket of water for 10 minutes (not plugged in, clearly) then leave to dry (thoroughly) for a couple of day (Unless it's an oober technological toaster, with lots of microchips).
Meanwhile, go buy some onions and lemons, cut 'em in thirds and leave around smelly areas all day long.
God, I'm feeling nauseous just thinking about the smell...
