  Thanks for the suggestion. I may try that and tell some other people to try it -- as long as they remember to RESAVE the file on the server.

  I did a search on Adobe's site and they had 2 suggestions.
  1. Download the InDesign 3.0.1 update (which I did a while ago and it obviously didn't work).
  2. Buy CS2. (because updating software in a big, corprate setting is oh-so-efficient)
