All I tried to do was make a point about over used design and a witch hunt insued so I thought 'why not stir the pot?' people attacked me saying that the stuff I do is shit, so be it I don't care, but when you can't back up your mouth then shut the fuck up. Newstoday is great but unfortunately some of you who still live in your parents basement get your jollies off attacking people that you will never meet. This is the shitty thing about the internet. My opinions may frustrate you, yours make me laugh. The point I was trying to make about what I have accomplished is that you can see and I don't care what you think. I don't want to be an artist-it's a great way to network and I have done quite well at selling my stuff. I am not the greatest artist or the greatest designer but I am trying. I do not try to emulate unlike you, your sites all look the same MYOBIE but whatever, at least you are out there and doing it. Others who have come out to attack me have nothing to back it up with. One guy says he designs for Coke and BMW and maybe Jesus himself but I don't see it and another guy rips off Josh Davis. I was making a point about this bad high school notebook design that is rampant every where and unfortunately a lot of people with a computer and software are getting jobs that great designers should get. Am I a great designer, no. Will I ever be? Probably not. But this avenue of self expression has helped me meet a lot of influential people and helped put me in the position I am today. My site? Crap I did it in two days but it gets noticed by all the right people and thats what's important. I am thankful that I create images, whether you think they are shit or not. It helps me as I'm sure it helps you but what doesn't help us is a dumbing down in design. This again was my point. Others took it upon themselves to ridicule me and so I adopted that persona and milked it for all I could and damn it was fun. I couldn't wait to check out what someone new wrote, like that I have no right deciding what I like and don't like because my stuff is shit and AGAIN THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW ME. I like what I like and don't like what I don't like this open mindedness was not something Hitler envisoned for the world-hence the Hitler youth mention a while back. The internet is funny because if you try to take a stand for something people attack your character and if you respond and make a spelling mistake people are all over you for that. Is it so boring for you that you have to attack people who at least try? I don't get it. My world is great, I'd hate to see your world. Fuck this is fun. I wish we were sitting down in some room drinking beers and talking this out. I doubt that would work, some of you 'hooligans' wouldn't let that happen. Oh well I guess Fuck Free Speech and March In Line!
