when she phones your cell phone later. be a man and answer it then just tell her straight out that you dont want to see her and that you arent interested.
you told her before that you just wanted to be 'friends' but that was just delaying you dumping on her, you bottling out of it.
if she thinks yous are 'friends' then shes got no other reason to wonder why you arent answering your phone. shes not going to think u are ignoring her cos she thinks yous are friends.when she phones.
get her told.
