best thing to do is come clean, dont beat around the bush with excuses or things.
tell her straight out that she's doing your tits in. seriously! it might sound harsh but thats what i'd rather hear then a lassie who i thought i had something with pawning me off with excuses she was doing other things or never seeming to be home (i.e not answering phone lol). cos if she is in the frame of mind that everything is ok and you arent answering the phone then she's maybe gonna think theres a genuine erason for you not answering and she'll try again later and later and later until she gets ahold of you.
pick the phone up and tell her shes getting on your tits and that you dont want to see her.
