yes, i have used Plone quite a bit.
not trying to pick a fight at all puter, but to say that Plone is weaker in management over Mambo is laughable. :) it is by far the most robust system available- and in my opinion even more so than any of the proprietary jobs (interwoven, vingette, ect)
This is mostly due to the fact that it is an application server and that it is object-oriented at the db level.
