The only thing I can see useful out of DW is that you can run the sites offline and make LIVE edits. For ezample, you can edit something that is running a server side app on your home machine and see the results without having to FTP the files each time.
Nice idea for working developing large sites on a local test machine.
Plus if you were a complete macromedia user you can fluently exchange image placement via Fireworks, and add Flash content, well... in a flash.
