you must establish your dominance on the first day, or they'll walk all over you. Attack the first guy who makes eye-contact with you, asking him who gave him permission to make eye-contact with you while rubbing his face on the carpet. Ask him all sorts of yes or no questions, making his head nod yes or no on the carpet. Rug burns last longer than a black eye and will scar if you're lucky.
