Download the programs k0na listed above (namely Ad-Aware), and you should have an anti-virus program.
are you using a PC? Run Safe Mode.
Go to
Start > Run >- type in 'msconfig' in the text field
- 'System Configuration utility' should open up.
- Go to tab 'Boot.Ini' and under 'Boot Options' select '/Safeboot.
Now your computer will run in safe mode, and you should try running all those programs (especially your anti-virus program) and see what the problem is. If you still can't figure it out, take it to a repair shop. They should be able to figure it out and fix it.
