defintely use actions in photoshop...
1. hit record on the menu (with a pic open)
2. resize it
3. hit stopthen under file go to 'batch', select your source folder and your destination folder and let it bang them out for you. learning this has saved me as an intern --- so i can sit on NT and waste time.
if this is for web and you have a specific width and height constraint, you will have to seperate out vertical and horizontal shots. change the width when recording your horiz action, the height when recording your vertical action.
