I think it's definitely more public now though. Whether that's a good thing or not, I can't say. B/c there are definitely lots of humour at the expense of homosexuals. There is also some great stuff about them too, at least from what I've seen.
I don't know, maybe it's different here in Canada, where gay marriage is legal.
