    you guys are spot-on and i would hold to it. you are definitly low and can be confident you are not over charging.

    oh, and sorrry about my question- i just realized from your answer moth, that there is no legacy "technology" and that is what you are bringing. i need some more coffee or something...

    off hand, is it a home-brew CMS you are proposing, or a mod of a larger community supported LAMP solution? just curious.
