The existing CMS is just for a news section. This was agreed at the time. NewBoy thinks it should do everything for the original cost.
He also thinks a HTML newsletter can be made by:
"I was a little surprised at the cost to produce this template as the template already exists from the PLC website. If we were starting from scratch I could understand it. This should almost be a copy and paste exercise into frontpage / net objects. We would need to see a reduction on this one."
