hi there,
i'm the one you're punching on.
first of all, i have to say that i am in contact with both, the original designer of the bg-pattern tomas and the FWA......
as i explained tomas i found that bg-pattern on an site where they offering that sort of stuff for free...my fault is, that i don't bookmark any site i came across.....(just to show now, where it was from)....beside that (we knew that you would say that) i never saw that japanautumn site before....the inspiration for the navigation comes from http://www.mrhogg.com....(and there are tons of also awarded sites out there, who use a similiar nav.........and as you may see on my site, i pay proper credits to brian (even if my script for the nav is better).....i know, that tomas is (or was) kinda pissed off, to see his bg on my site......the last mail i got from him seems to be a lot friendlier than the first one...any ways, judge yourself..i'm not hiding
