It is a very simple, but well-organized site. If you wanted to make the site more visually expressive, I'm sure you could experiment with things like adding a border, maybe mixing up the type a little bit so that it's not all pixelated Verdana, playing around with type colors, link colors, etc. But I'm sure you knew that already.
