Brands, schmands - You'll need a fast Hard disk (7,200 rpm +), as much [fast] memory as you can afford (1gb Min, 2gb pref), get a Dell widescreen LCD monitor and get a geeky friend to make up the rest - as long as it's got a ½-decent graphics card, processor and motherboard, you can't really go wrong...
