    I dont see why it would matter if they showed any brand marks right away or after the site is done loading. If you are at the site chances are
    1. You typed in cingular.com
    2. you were sent through a cingular banner ad
    3. A friend sent you to a link to cingular.com
    etc..
    my point is you will more than likely always know you are at cingular. Reminding you is not as important as if it were on an ad or some medium where a person just happens to fall upon it.

    Sorry for the long post I just had a disagreement with a client on the prominence of his logo and its importance.
