Skillet has it right..
I think this could mean 3 things.
a) the Jr Designer is not ready to start working, but then he shouln't be called Jr Designer.
b) You guys just don't see each other eye to eye, or worst you have no chemistry to work toghether.
c) You migt not be ready to start managing other people,
Read up on how to improve it, and talk to other people that have more experience.Hope that helps!
