a) First off, the article I quoted was differnet. Apparently the BBC has been getting pressure form the White House to revise the story. The article you pointed to came later in the news cycle.
b) I was just making a humorous allegory to the Frat Boy fave movie - Blues Brothers, considering Bush was an alleged Frat Boy of some note.
