  I would go for NYC, no doubt.
  Never been there though but Barcelona is one of the dirtiest cities I've ever been to. (no offence if anyone lives there) Never checked out anything art-related though, so I'll leave that to someone else.

  Also, you're 71% likely to get robbed if you walk in some parts of the city at night.
