yer it's networking and relationships.. but once you're in make sure to deliver topquality work EVERYTIME and go out for beers now and then with the client (no stripbars).
I'm a 1 person gfx company and have been doing highprofile work for Microsoft for 2 years now. Large stick with you if you deliver topnotch work.
