-staatliche kunstsammlung http://www.skd-dresden.de/en/en classic stuff, fine art etc..there are many more, but I don´t know how much time you have.

- check the "neustadt" , there are really a lot of bars there!small, a bit more "undergriund":

you will find more of the electric scene there, but some hiphop, pop and (subjective) good exhibitions are listed there as well (go to termine)hope this will help you a bit..
