have you tried using the text size feature on a site coded using CSS text sizes???
it doesn't work...and it's a royal-fucking-pain-in-the-ass...
I still use the font tag, just for that very reason...
as for the subject... 800x600 is still the thing... but 640 users should be able to use it... eg, no wacky frames that don't scroll and mess everything up for that resolution.
