yeah... that area rules. west of high is kind of ok, the other side is mayhem. my friends had to back their trailer up to my apartment wall when they played a show cuz 10 minutes after they parked, these dudes tried to break in it.
now it's getting gentrified with that new giant movie theater/lofts/mall thing they're building on the edge of campus
