  Gee, great, If I want to do a hundred revs to the site, great. But when dealing with one off sites, Id rather draw my design, not type it. It's a workflow issue as well as the boring static aspect of it. Can CSS currently address those issues?

  You should try Dreamweaver, or FrontPage if you're so against "typing" your design. That's a tool for non-typers I guess.
