oh its all outta aftereffects?
you could do it all in HD in aftereffects (1080i or 720i) and then encode it in DVD studio pro, or compressor...
i would recommed compressor, as you have much more control... you can add compression markers and whatnot, to tell where fade to blacks are etc...
in the end, its going to be 720x486 at 4:3...
you could just create the whole thing at that resolution....photoshop menu, the aftereffects stage, etc...
