After listening to the message and reading the part " His arrest IS public information - so I don't feel so guilty for mentioning that he got arrested."...
It sounds like you started blabbing about him to mutual clients and he's pissed off. I would be pissed off too. You're lucky if he doesn't return the favor or sue you. You sound like a real shit head. It's a small world and karma's a bitch.
