they get the min. hourly pay, the tip is just a bonus, no?. If they don't like it, they can go find another job.

(Sep 11 05, 14:47)not true. they are required to claim 15-18% of total sales as 'tips'. they are then taxed on that amount which makes the hourly min.wage basically non-existant...so no tips are not just "bonus"
