the current gig allows no time to actually design. a tight schedule and overwhelming demands.
i am also jack of all trades. i had to dumb myself down so much to actually do what i do. also we have a really bad framework so whatever we do will take twice as much time as normal should. it's a mess. and i've been in it way too long. trying to change the way it works for 2yrs... i don't think it got any better...
