    depends on the plasma screen actually..

    it should be somewhere around 852 x 480

    i've designed for some that were around 856 x 482 as well..

    16:9 aspect ratio..

    ask the client what the resolution is.. or if they don't know.. ask for the specs on the display.. and research the resolution online

    frame rate.. keep it around 30-60

    sometimes flash has issues with larger res.. but that should really be fine.. just depends on what kind of computer you'll be running it off of..
