Also, have any of you detractors ever visited the South? Are you that fucking caught up in the whole 'Bible Belt' mentality that you won't give it a chance? New Orleans is one of our most vibrant, authentic cities.
Even if NO wasn't rebuilt, people would still try to move back in. You can't just turn your back on hundreds of years of culture.
So the next person to say "Where is their God now?" or anything relatedly impudent can go fuck off and die. If you are really that insensitive to culture then you have no business in the world of design.
