Some of the spacing/proportioning of the layout seems very arbitrary and looks very ugly. Look athe the spacing more carefully and proportion it better, this is an architectual firm and proportions are probably important to them as well. The spacing of "Adrea Vaugh Architects" to fit the grid is useless and really ugly. The typography (I know you said its not done) for the headlines is bad too. The extra leading and color change are not nearly enough contrast to differentiate the two parts. The menu is sorta boring, but the least of your concerns right now.
Oh, and the logo is ugly, especially in that box, but I'm guessing you probably didn't make it nor have control over it.
